Gary's Diner opened its doors in Austin over 10 years ago with one simple idea: give people a place where the food is satisfying, the coffee is always hot, and nobody rushes you out the door.
What started as a neighbourhood spot has grown into something Austin has made its own. The menu hasn't gotten complicated — it's gotten better. And the welcome at the door? That's never changed once.
